Every Margot Charleston order is paid through a secure, encrypted checkout. Card details are handled by our payment providers and never stored by us.

How payment works

At checkout you choose a payment method and complete your order on our secure payment page. Your payment is taken when you place your order.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment doesn't go through, your order isn't placed. Please check your details or try another payment method. If it keeps failing, contact your bank or email us.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. See our return and refund policy for timing.
